What should go in a custom Downtown card scene?
Start with the player, then choose a few details that make the background personal. A clear brief helps us understand what matters most. Use your card's personalization fields to describe the scene rather than relying on the photo to explain everything.
Choose the place
Tell us the city or state and one setting you would like featured, such as a ballfield, hometown skyline, or waterfront. Name the most important landmark and explain why you want it in the scene.
Connect it to the player
Add the sport, team colors, and exact nameplate text. If you want a particular action pose, upload a photo that shows that pose clearly. Identify which details are essential and which are optional.
Check the proof carefully
Review the printed name, uniform details, colors, and background before the stated review deadline. Collect your changes in one clear message so the included revision can address them together.
Example brief: “Use this baseball photo and the name Alex Rivera. Keep the red and navy team colors. Make the ballfield the main setting, with a small hometown skyline in the background. The name and uniform number are the most important details.” Adapt this sample brief to your player and preferred scene.

What is a custom trading card?
A custom trading card is a personalized collectible made using your own photo and details. Choose a sports design, add the player’s name and requested information, and review the artwork before we print your card.
How much do custom trading cards cost?
Prices are shown with each design above. Choose a product to see the available options and exact price. For team sets or event quantities, contact us about your project.
What photo should I upload?
Use a clear, high-resolution photo with the player in focus. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, and cropped-off hands or feet if you want a full-body design. Upload the front and back photos requested by your selected style.
Can I personalize the name, colors, and background?
Yes. Add the details requested on your card’s product page. Downtown cards include scene ideas, city or state, colors, and background details. Other styles have their own personalization fields.
Will I see the design before it is printed?
Yes. You receive a digital mockup to review before printing. Downtown mockups are emailed in 48–72 hours. Custom card orders include one round of revisions after the mockup. You have 3 business days to approve or request changes. We state the deadline and send a reminder. If you do not respond by that deadline, we may proceed with the proof as shown. Contact us before the deadline if you need more time.
How long does a custom card order take?
Allow 4–8 business days from a complete order to shipment, including design, proof review, and production. Once you approve the design or the stated review deadline passes, printing and carrier handoff usually take about 48 hours. Standard US delivery adds an estimated 3–5 business days, for an estimated total of 7–13 business days. Missing details or requested changes can extend timing. How much is US shipping?
Standard US shipping is $8 for orders below $70 and free for orders of $70 or more. Available shipping options appear at checkout. Express shipping changes carrier transit time, not design or production time, unless we confirm otherwise.
Can I order cards for a whole team?
Yes. Each player can have their own photo and personal details. Contact us about team quantities, design consistency, and your deadline.
What finishes and cases are available?
