Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases made through thestadiumsupply.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, subject to applicable law.

Our products

Stadium Supply creates personalized trading cards, posters, and other custom products. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our custom trading cards are commemorative products, not officially issued cards from a league, team, athlete, or trading card manufacturer.

Any decorative grade or label on a custom card or holder is not an independent authentication, appraisal, or grading certification unless expressly identified as such.

Customer information and submitted content

You are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, a usable photo, your shipping address, and an email address where we can reach you.

By submitting photos, names, logos, or other content, you confirm that you have the permission necessary for us to use that content to fulfill your order. For photos of minors, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian or have appropriate authorization.

You give us permission to reproduce and adapt submitted content solely to design, produce, and fulfill your order. Purchasing does not give us permission to use your photos or finished design in public marketing. We will obtain separate permission for that use.

We may decline content that is unlawful, infringes another party’s rights, or cannot reasonably be used to produce the requested product.

Design review and production authorization

Placing an order authorizes us to create your product using your submitted information and selected design options.

When we send a proof to your order email address, you have 3 business days to approve it or request changes. We will state the deadline in the proof message and send a reminder before that deadline. If you do not respond by the stated deadline, we may proceed with production using the proof as shown.

If you need more time, contact us before the deadline. We will not treat silence as permission to invent missing essential personalization details. If a proof message is returned as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you before proceeding under this provision.

Once production begins, requested changes may require a paid remake. We will explain any additional charge and obtain your agreement before charging it. Our mistakes, defects, and material differences from the approved or provided proof remain covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product appearance

Screen settings, printing materials, and production methods may produce minor color or finish differences. Product dimensions are those stated in the listing. These allowances do not excuse defects or material differences from the product description or design proof.

Prices and payment

Prices and available options are shown at checkout. Shipping and applicable taxes are additional unless expressly included.

If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you with the corrected information. You may accept the correction or cancel for a full refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your authorization.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains when cancellations, replacements, and refunds are available. Personalized products are generally final sale once customization begins, with exceptions for our errors, defects, nondelivery, and remedies required by law.

Shipping

Our Shipping Policy explains production estimates, delivery, delays, and address responsibilities. Where applicable law requires a cancellation or refund option for delayed shipment, we will provide it.

Website content and intellectual property

Stadium Supply’s original website content and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. A purchase does not transfer rights in third-party intellectual property or authorize commercial reproduction of our designs.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Information necessary to process payment, manufacture products, and deliver orders may be shared with the service providers involved in those activities.

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including rights concerning defective goods, payment disputes, and required refunds.

Please contact us promptly about an order problem so we can attempt to resolve it. We may provide relevant order details, proof records, communications, and delivery evidence to a payment provider when responding to a dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.
