Design review and shipping
When we email your proof, you have 3 business days to approve it or request changes. We send a reminder before the deadline. If you do not respond by the stated deadline, we may proceed with the proof as shown. Contact us before the deadline if you need more time.
Once your design is approved or its review deadline passes, we usually print and hand your card to the carrier within about 48 hours, provided all required personalization information has been received. Carrier delivery time is additional. See our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Downtown builds a personal scene around the player, using your location, colors, and background ideas. Kaboom uses bold illustrated artwork with the player as the focal point. Choose the look that fits the story you want to tell.
Before uploading, choose a sharp photo with a clear face and the uniform details visible. For a full-body pose, keep hands, sports equipment, and feet inside the original image. Check the name and requested personalization details before submitting.
